Accounting Assistant

D&B Transport LLC, a U.S.-based transportation company, is looking for a responsible, organized, and communicative individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process weekly driver statements and settlements
• Review and verify the accuracy of settlements and reconcile data
• Communicate with drivers in English and Spanish regarding settlements, payments, and any discrepancies
• Collaborate with the Billing and Dispatch teams

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills
• Previous work experience is not required
