Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Loznica, Serbia

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post accounting documents, including purchase invoices, bank statements, and other financial transactions.
• Record revenues, costs, expenses, and other transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
• Reconcile accounts with suppliers, customers, banks, and internal ledgers.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting records with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience , preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Fluent English and Serbian; Chinese is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy.
• Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
