AI & Business Innovation Specialist

We're looking for someone who already uses AI as a genuine part of how they work - not as a novelty. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and practical AI application: identifying real opportunities, shaping them into initiatives, and driving them through to measurable impact.

You'll be the bridge between business teams and our AI function - translating organizational needs into requirements, and turning technical possibilities into business value.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess AI opportunities across business processes.

• Shape ideas into structured use cases with clear business value.

• Drive initiatives from concept to implementation with internal and external teams.

• Translate between business needs and technical requirements.

• Monitor AI trends and convert insights into concrete opportunities.

• Support AI adoption across all organizational levels.

• Track progress, remove blockers, and report ROI to leadership.

• Ability to define concrete use cases beyond the buzzwords.

🗃️ Background:

• Experience in consulting, business analysis, product management, digital transformation, or project coordination.

• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, automation platforms) is expected.
