AI Development & Implementation Lead

Pexly is looking for an AI Development & Implementation Lead to turn AI into real, production-ready solutions for customer support operations. The AI Implementation Manager is responsible for developing, integrating, deploying, and continuously improving AI solutions across the customer support services delivered by our BPO organization, using the latest Vibe Coding potential. 

You will personally build, integrate, test and deploy AI solutions across Chat, Email, Voice and Social Media — from rapid prototypes to scalable production systems.

What you’ll do:

• Build AI agents, copilots and automated workflows for customer support.
• Integrate AI with CRM, helpdesk, contact-center and other client systems using APIs, webhooks, MCP and automation platforms .
• Use Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and other AI-assisted development tools to rapidly turn business problems into working solutions.
• Develop RAG/knowledge solutions and conversational & Voice AI.
• Test, monitor and continuously optimize AI performance, quality and reliability.
• Work directly with clients, Operations, IT and QA to deliver implementations from discovery to production.

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM solutions in production .
• Strong AI-assisted development / vibe coding skills.
• Experience with AI agents, APIs, integrations, automation and RAG .
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, databases and Git .
• Experience with CRM/helpdesk/contact-center platforms is a plus.
• Practical understanding of GDPR, security and data privacy .
• Someone who can build independently , understand customer-support operations and turn operational problems into working AI solutions.

What success looks like:

Successful AI deployments, higher automation, lower handling costs, faster implementation and measurable improvements in customer-support performance.

This is not a traditional Project Manager role. We are looking for a hands-on AI builder who can also lead implementations with clients and internal teams.
