AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent solutions that connect data, AI, and business processes.

If you enjoy exploring how large volumes of data can be transformed into valuable insights, connecting different systems, and developing AI agents capable of independently analyzing complex situations, we would love to have you join us.

What will be your focus?

Your focus will be on developing AI solutions that can access data from different sources, connect and analyze it, and identify patterns that may be relevant to the business .

You will work with systems that combine:

• Large volumes of customer and transaction data
• Data related to the use of our products and services
• Various internal databases and systems
• Business rules and context

The goal is to develop intelligent solutions that can identify patterns, detect anomalies, connect information from different sources, and provide relevant insights to support better decision-making .

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI agents capable of working with data from various internal systems
• Connect AI solutions with databases, APIs, and internal services
• Design architecture that enable AI agents to securely access and analyze relevant data
• Develop systems for behavior analysis, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection
• Create automated processes powered by AI technologies
• Develop LLM and RAG solutions for working with structured and unstructured data
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and services
• Test, monitor, and continuously optimize developed solutions
• Collaborate with IT, Product, Data, and business teams to identify new opportunities for applying AI technologies
• Translate business challenges into scalable, production-ready AI solutions

We are fit if you have:

• Experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Engineering , or a related field
• Understanding of and/or experience in developing AI agents and agentic AI systems
• Knowledge of RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector databases
• Understanding of the principles behind building reliable and scalable production systems
• Experience working with large datasets and behavioral analytics systems is an additional advantage
