eHigher is an ecommerce marketing agency. We run brand management and advertising for consumer brands selling on Amazon, Walmart and other marketplaces: catalog, advertising, creative and brand strategy.

We work with a small number of brands so we can hold a high standard, and we treat every brand's business as our own.

About the role

We are hiring two Brand Creative Designers to produce listing visuals for a catalog of 200+ products in lighting and health supplements.

You join our Brand Creative team and report to our Brand Creative Lead. She owns the creative direction: design systems, master templates and briefs for each brand. You own production, turning that direction into finished listing images, infographics and A+ Content, at volume and at a consistent quality bar.

This is a hands on production role on a small team. Strong performers are converted to a permanent contract at the end of the 6 months.

What you will do

1. Build listing assets from established direction. Working from the Brand Creative Lead's briefs, design systems and master templates, you create complete listing visuals: hero and secondary images, benefit infographics, lifestyle scenes and A+ Content modules, adapted across many products and formats.
2. Create imagery with AI and finish it in Photoshop. You generate realistic product and lifestyle imagery with AI tools, using reference images and strong prompting to hit a specific visual target. Then you refine it in Photoshop: compositing, masking, color matching, realistic shadows and lighting, and correcting AI inaccuracies. The products are real, so what the customer sees must always be accurate.
3. Work as a team in Figma. Figma is our primary design tool. You work in shared team files with components, Auto Layout, styles and reusable templates, and keep files, pages, frames and assets organized so the whole team moves fast.
4. Deliver through our workflow. You manage your queue in Asana, hit deadlines, take feedback from the Brand Creative Lead quickly and check your own work before handoff.

Requirements

• Strong Figma skills: layouts, components, Auto Layout, styles, reusable templates and clean file organization in shared team workspaces
• Hands on experience with AI image tools such as ChatGPT image generation, Midjourney, Magnific AI or Adobe Firefly: strong prompting, working from reference images, keeping generated images consistent, and spotting and fixing AI inaccuracies
• Solid Photoshop skills: retouching, compositing, background removal and masking, color correction and matching, realistic shadows and lighting, and cleaning up AI generated imagery
• Strong design fundamentals: visual hierarchy, composition, typography, spacing, color and consistent branding
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• A portfolio of polished product or marketing visuals. We review every application against it
• Clear written and spoken English. You work from written briefs and feedback every day
• Detail oriented, organized and comfortable following set creative direction and design guidelines

Nice to have

• Amazon or ecommerce design experience: listing images, A+ Content or Brand Stores
• Experience with consumer product imagery
• Adobe Illustrator
• Basic 3D rendering or product visualization

Amazon workflows and design standards are taught on the job by our Brand Creative Lead.
