ABOUT THE ROLE

Trivial Chapter is expanding its European employer network and is looking for experienced, result-oriented Business Development Managers (BDMs) who can directly connect us with European employers requiring overseas manpower at scale.

We are looking for professionals who already have strong employer networks, existing relationships with companies hiring manpower, and the ability to generate multiple genuine

job requirements and offer letters every month.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

FIND EMPLOYERS → GENERATE MANPOWER DEMAND → SECURE JOB OFFERS

Your responsibility is to identify European employers currently looking to recruit overseas

workers and generate genuine job offer letters/manpower requirements from them. Once the employer requirement and offer letters are secured, Trivial Chapter takes over the

rest.

You focus on the employer. We handle the immigration process.

INDUSTRIES WE ARE CURRENTLY SERVING

1. Construction: Construction workers, bricklayers, plasterers, tilers, masons, carpenters, electricians, welders, painters, and general labourers.

2. Agriculture: Farm workers, agricultural workers, harvesting workers, greenhouse workers, seasonal workers and general agricultural labour.

3. Hospitality: Chefs, cooks, kitchen helpers, waiters, housekeeping staff, hotel workers and restaurant workers.

4. Factory / Manufacturing: Production workers, machine operators, factory workers, assembly workers, packers and general workers.

5. Warehouse & Logistics: Warehouse workers, pickers & packers, loading/unloading staff, forklift operators, logistics workers and distribution-centre workers. We are also open to other sectors where there is a genuine requirement for overseas manpower in bulk.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Existing employer contacts or a strong employer network.

· Proven experience in B2B business development, recruitment, staffing or manpower

supply.

· Strong understanding of the local employment market.

· Ability to speak directly with company owners, HR managers, recruiters and decision- makers.

· Ability to identify companies with immediate or upcoming manpower requirements.

· Ability to generate bulk manpower requirements.

· Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

· Professional communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and deliver measurable monthly results.

MOST IMPORTANT: You should be able to generate results from the get-go, assuming that you are already in business and have an existing network.

BULK DEMAND IS THE KEY

Our focus is on employers who can provide bulk manpower requirements. However, we can

start with small demands in the initial stage.

· 30 Construction Workers

· 20 Hotel Staff

· 50 Factory Workers

· 40 Warehouse Workers

The larger the employer demand, the greater the earning opportunity for you.

COMPENSATION – FULL-TIME BDM

We offer a base salary + performance-based incentive structure, depending on monthly

offer-letter generation capability.

These packages are designed around measurable output. Candidates with stronger employer

networks and the ability to consistently generate higher volumes can be considered for

higher compensation.

Exceptional performance can lead to a review of the base salary and overall

commercial package.

FREELANCE / COMMISSION-BASED OPPORTUNITY

Already working somewhere? Running your own recruitment business? Working as an

independent consultant? Have strong employer relationships but do not want a full-time

commitment? You can work with us as a Freelance BDM.

Commission: €350 per successful candidate
