Client Sales Representative (US Freight Market)

Cargo Shark Inc is a US-based freight brokerage company with an office in Belgrade. Behind us stands a fleet of 750+ trucks - capacity that sets us apart from the competition.

We arrange transportation across the US: we match freight with the right capacity and make sure every load arrives on time. We're looking for a shark to join us as a Client Sales Representative , managing existing clients and hunting down new ones.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

▸ Prospecting, qualifying and closing new shipper accounts

▸ Daily cold calls and outbound emails

▸ Building long-term client relationships

▸ Quoting competitive rates based on market trends

▸ Locking in daily and weekly freight commitments

▸ Working with the team and overseeing shipments through to delivery

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✓ At least 1 year of sales experience in logistics

✓ An active book of business is a strong plus

✓ Excellent English - you'll be speaking and writing with US clients every day

✓ Strong negotiation skills and a feel for the right moment

✓ Confident with CRM, email and dialer tools

✓ Organised and level-headed when the pace picks up

WORKING HOURS

Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00 CET

On-site, BIGZ building
