About IRIS?

IRIS is an interdisciplinary learning model for children aged 8-14, developed within Skynex Global.

The methodology is built and our first pilot is launching in Belgrade.

We are now looking for someone who can help turn a strong educational product into a sustainable, profitable and scalable business.

Your Role?

As Commercial & Growth Director, you will work directly with the Founder and take ownership of IRIS’ commercial development.

This is not a traditional sales, marketing or advisory role.

Your mandate is to build the commercial engine around IRIS : identify the strongest revenue opportunities, validate them in the market and turn the right ones into repeatable business.

Potential channels include direct-to-parent programs, IRIS Labs, schools, corporate and CSR partnerships, licensing, Train-the-Trainer and new markets.

You will lead commercial strategy, pricing, customer acquisition, partnerships, revenue development, unit economics and expansion.

Success means traction, revenue, healthy margins and repeatable growth.

Who We’re Looking For?

We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, commercially sharp and execution-driven.

You may come from startups, business development, EdTech, SaaS, consumer businesses or another growth environment.

Your industry matters less than your track record. Experience building revenue around an early-stage product is particularly valuable.

Compensation?

This is initially a performance-based executive engagement with no fixed salary during the initial stage.

Compensation is tied directly to profitable new business you help create, with a performance share of up to 15%. Attribution, margins, milestones and duration will be clearly defined upfront.

There is no implied equity or ownership.

If we prove the model and reach agreed commercial milestones, the role is intended to evolve into a longer-term executive position with a revised compensation structure.
