Creative Designer

Creative Designer | Full-time | Remote

EVRY is growing, and we’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our team.

We’re a modern digital marketing agency focused on performance-led growth, working with ambitious Australian brands and businesses across paid media, creative, email, web and broader digital marketing. This is primarily a graphic design role , ideal for someone with a strong creative eye who wants to work across multiple brands while continuing to build their skills across the wider digital landscape.

The Role

You’ll report to our Marketing Manager and work closely with our Creative and PPC teams, as well as EVRY’s founders, to develop high-quality, performance-focused creative across client accounts.

Your work will include:

• Social media graphics, carousels, stories, reel covers and content templates

• Paid advertising creative across Meta, TikTok, Google Display and other platforms

• Email marketing designs, banners and branded templates

• Website and landing page graphics

• Presentations and broader marketing collateral

• Brand identities, style guides and supporting brand assets

• Adapting creative concepts across different platforms, formats and placements

You’ll also have opportunities to expand your skills into website design, email marketing, social media scheduling and broader digital marketing operations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong graphic design skills and a portfolio demonstrating excellent visual communication

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

• Experience designing social media and digital advertising creative

• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency

• Ability to manage multiple projects and brands while meeting deadlines

• Confidence working from creative briefs while contributing your own ideas and recommendations

• Excellent communication skills and ability to implement feedback

• A proactive, organised mindset and genuine desire to keep learning

Nice to Have

Experience or familiarity with any of the following is a bonus:

• Figma and Canva

• Shopify, WordPress, Elementor, Wix or Squarespace

• Email marketing design

• Website and landing page design

• UX and mobile-first design principles

• Meta, TikTok and Google Ads creative best practices

• Short-form video editing, motion graphics or animation

• Experience with or an interest in AI-powered video creation, including tools for generating, editing and enhancing short-form video content

You don’t need to know everything on this list. We care more about your design ability, attention to detail, curiosity and willingness to develop.
