Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role based in Niš. The Dispatcher will coordinate daily freight operations, including planning routes, assigning loads to drivers, and monitoring shipment progress. Responsibilities include communicating with drivers and customers, resolving scheduling or routing issues, updating systems with accurate load and delivery information, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, maintaining clear documentation, and collaborating with other departments to support efficient and safe operations. The Dispatcher is expected to provide responsive support, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with dispatch or logistics software and standard office applications.
• Problem-solving skills for managing route changes, delays, and operational challenges under time pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
• Ability to work on-site in Niš and collaborate in a team-focused environment.
• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or a related field is beneficial.
• Knowledge of freight operations and transportation regulations is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics, transport management, or a related area is a plus.
