Fleet Manager

We’re Hiring: Fleet Manager | Novi Sad, Serbia

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team in Novi Sad .

In this role, you will be closely involved in the day-to-day operational management of our vessels, ensuring safe, efficient and commercially successful voyages.

⚓ Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of assigned vessels
• Ensuring voyages are executed in accordance with charterers’ requirements
• Monitoring and evaluating ship voyage performance
• Handling and coordinating P&I claims
• Managing the vessels’ operational requirements and supporting the Masters and onboard teams
• Monitoring vessel emissions and environmental performance
• Coordinating with charterers, agents, owners, technical teams and other stakeholders
• Identifying operational issues and ensuring timely and effective solutions
• Supporting continuous improvement of fleet operational performance

👤 Ideal Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates with seafaring experience on bulk carriers , ideally having sailed in the rank of Chief Officer or Master .

You should have:

• Solid practical understanding of bulk carrier operations
• Previous seagoing experience as Chief Officer or Master
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• The ability to make decisions and manage multiple operational matters simultaneously
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is an advantage
