Graphic Designer

The role:

The Graphic Designer works within the Brand and Creative team to develop and execute visual assets that reflect Qure's brand identity across digital and offline channels. This is a mid-level role for someone who already has strong design fundamentals and production experience, who can work independently and in a team.

What you'll work on:

• Design and adapt marketing and campaign materials, including packaging, print-ready artwork, social media, website and e-commerce assets
• Support presentations, product launches, and other brand collateral
• Prepare design files for production, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all brand touchpoints
• Manage your own workload across multiple projects, prioritising and delivering within agreed deadlines
• Work closely with the wider marketing team, flagging issues or questions proactively rather than waiting to be asked
• Provide general creative support, including photo retouching, as needed

What we're looking for:

• Around 3+ years of design experience. Portfolio and independence matter more than the exact number
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with Figma
• Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, composition) and sharp attention to detail
• Experience preparing files for print and packaging production
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Professional working proficiency in English

Nice to have: motion design/animation skills, e-commerce/Shopify design experience, and experience using AI tools in a design workflow
