Job Description Our client is a renowned engineering design and consultancy company specialized in MEP design and coordination of building services for complex residential, commercial, health and pharma construction projects in Serbia and abroad. The company is looking for an experienced Head of the Electrical Design Department to lead its electrical engineering team and oversee the delivery of high-quality design solutions. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Form and lead project teams responsible for electrical design documentation. ✔ Manage the development of electrical design projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. ✔ Organize team workload, priorities and project deadlines. ✔ Oversee the design and modelling of power and low-current systems. ✔ Review technical documentation, calculations, drawings and specifications. ✔ Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations and project requirements. ✔ Coordinate electrical design with mechanical, plumbing, architectural and structural teams. ✔ Participate in project planning and site meetings when required. ✔ Provide technical guidance to team members and coordinate and coordinate communication with clients and other project stakeholders. Requirements: → Degree in Electrical Engineering. → At least 8 years of experience in electrical design. → Proven experience leading and coordinating an engineering team. → Strong technical knowledge of LV, ELV and Electric motor drive systems.

OFFER
