Head of Human Resources

Sinterfuse, part of the King Engine Bearings group, is looking for a Head of HR to lead the HR function at our manufacturing site in Užice.

You will be a member of the local management team, reporting administratively to the site General Manager and functionally to the HR Manager in Israel.

What you'll own

• Leading and developing the HR and Health & Safety team
• Implementing group HR policies and processes on site
• Employee relations, in line with Serbian Labor Law
• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• HR KPIs and workforce stability: workforce costs, turnover, absenteeism and more
• Training and development
• Organizational culture and employee engagement

What you bring

• 10+ years of HR experience, including 4+ years leading HR in a company of 150+ employees
• Solid knowledge of Serbian Labor Law
• Proven track record of implementing policy and leading change
• Experience with HR systems, data and AI tools
• Excellent English and native-level Serbian
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing company
