Junior Customer Service Specialist

About The Job We are hiring Junior Customer Service Specialist to support the activities of HAVI Logistics d.o.o, Serbia. The position is based in Belgrade, Urginovci.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all the customer’s orders are checked and confirmed on time in the company systems
• Claim management (registration, documentation, customers communication.
• Communicates with the customers and internal departments in case of questions or issues arise.
• Support managers and colleagues by providing relevant operational information and data when required.

Requirements

• Fluent in Serbian and working level of English
• Very good communication skills, attention to detail, team player and willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• 1 year work experience, logistics industry will be considered as an advantage
• University degree is an advantage
