Logistic Planning Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and take charge of the early-stage planning for European import/export projects, including customs affairs, import/export transportation, overseas warehousing, solution design and cost assessment, as well as the implementation of approved project solutions.
2. Manage the tendering and procurement of third-party transit warehouse suppliers in Europe, develop warehousing solutions, and oversee warehouse supplier management; assist logistics operations in resolving logistics supplier performance issues.
3. Conduct annual tenders for European transportation service providers, customs brokers, and other logistics suppliers, and manage these logistics suppliers; assist the logistics operations team in addressing and resolving logistics supplier performance issues.
4. Establish and maintain the cost base table for third-party transit warehouses under your planning scope, as well as the regional import/export freight rate base table.
5. Responsible for European logistics cost (warehousing) planning, control, reduction, and management of abnormal charges.
6. Provide DDP logistics advice and comprehensive customs-integrated logistics solutions (destination port, route planning, etc.).
7. Oversee the planning, tendering, and supplier management for a portion of domestic transit warehouses.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Work Experience: At least 3+ years of overseas logistics experience, including 1+ year in the automotive parts industry.
3. Language: Fluent written and spoken English.
4. Knowledge of international trade, logistics, transportation, warehousing, and customs compliance.
5. Familiarity with warehouse planning and operations, and understanding of WMS system operations.
6. Proficiency in logistics procurement (warehousing and transportation) and logistics service provider management, with strong supplier negotiation skills.
