ABOUT OUR IN-HOUSE TEAM

Alongside our network of partner agencies, Travel House has its own in-house team of luxury travel designers. This team doesn't work with agencies: it works exclusively with Travel House's direct clients, travellers who have trusted us for years and expect a fully personal service. This is the team we are hiring for.

We are looking for experienced luxury travel designers: people who know luxury travel from the inside, have built lasting relationships with demanding clients, and want the backing of a strong brand, a global partner network and modern technology, with AI in every process.

You bring the experience, the taste and the relationships. We bring loyal clients, privileged partnerships with leading luxury suppliers worldwide, and a team that takes care of the details with you. Together, we design journeys our clients come back to us for.

We don't wait for the client to ask. We get there first. We find the next great destination, design the trip and bring it to our clients before they even know they want it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead your client relationships

• Manage a portfolio of Travel House's direct clients, including VIP and high-net-worth travellers, as their trusted, long-term travel designer
• Get to know your clients: their travel history, preferences, family occasions and the trips they are planning next
• Grow your portfolio through repeat business, referrals and your own network

Design journeys

• Spot new destinations, hotel openings, experiences and trends before the market does
• Design complex, multi-destination and tailor-made journeys: private villas, yachts, safaris, expedition cruises, milestone celebrations
• Create original Travel House signature journeys and themed collections, and bring them to our clients first

Reach out first

• Work actively with our client database and send personalised offers by phone, email, WhatsApp and newsletters
• Work with marketing on campaigns, newsletters and content for your journeys

Sell and deliver at the highest level

• Handle the full sales cycle, from first conversation to post-trip follow-up
• Use our supplier relationships to secure privileged rates, upgrades and VIP amenities for your clients
• Coordinate every detail: flights, hotels, transfers, private guides, restaurants and special requests
• Meet and beat your sales targets and contribute to the team's goals

Share and represent

• Share your destination, product and sales expertise with colleagues
• Represent Travel House with suppliers, at partner events and on inspection trips
• Help shape our offer, our processes and our use of AI tools

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of experience designing and selling luxury, premium or tailor-made travel
• A proven sales record; an established network of high-end clients is a strong advantage
• Deep destination and product knowledge, and strong relationships with luxury suppliers
• Excellent spoken and written English; other languages are a strong advantage
• A polished, discreet service style and the confidence to advise demanding clients
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the creativity to turn ideas into profitable travel products
• Willingness to share your knowledge with colleagues
• Confidence with technology: CRM, booking platforms, GDS (a plus), Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A university degree in tourism, hospitality or a related field is an advantage, not a requirement
