Role Description The Owner role at VMT is a full-time, on-site position based in Belgrade, responsible for overseeing all aspects of company operations and strategic direction. Daily responsibilities include leading business development initiatives, managing key client relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery of virtual survey services. The Owner will monitor financial performance, set budgets, and make data-driven decisions to support sustainable growth. This role also involves supervising local staff, fostering a collaborative work environment, and coordinating with international partners and clients. The Owner will continuously evaluate market trends and technology improvements to enhance the company’s product offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Business leadership and management skills, including strategic planning and decision-making.
• Experience in operations management, with the ability to oversee daily workflows and optimize processes.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Client relationship management skills, with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with the moving or logistics industry and technology-driven service solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Belgrade and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and readiness to take ownership of outcomes.
