Procurement Specialist

For our client, a well-established international company, we are looking for a Procurement Expert to join a dynamic procurement team.

This position covers indirect procurement categories and involves close cooperation with internal stakeholders, supplier management, strategic sourcing activities and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities within assigned indirect spend categories
• Conduct supplier sourcing, tendering and evaluation processes
• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract management activities
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements and value creation
• Support procurement projects and contribute to the implementation of sourcing strategies
• Monitor market developments and supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures
• Maintain procurement documentation and prepare relevant reports
• Support purchasing operations through ERP and procurement systems

Requirements

• University degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or purchasing
• Experience in supplier negotiations and vendor management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Fluency in English
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage
