Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in Serbia, with the flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, providing solutions, participating in sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored offerings and contribute to future business strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Understanding of software solutions, Industry 4.0, and Industrial IoT is highly advantageous
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to meet sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
