Role Description

This is not a "send emails and update CRM" job.

We're looking for someone who can find opportunities, start conversations, and close deals with real clients in Serbia and the region.

We've proven the model across 45 countries. We believe Serbia is one of the most promising markets we haven't fully unlocked yet and we want the right person to help us do that.

You'll be selling physical, visible products, the kind you can actually point at and say: "See that? I sold that." (Yes, you can show it to your grandma. She'll get it.)

Your deals turn into actual installations used by thousands of people. If that sounds satisfying, keep reading.

What you'll actually do

• Find new clients — brands, retail, real estate, agencies, corporate partners
• Talk to companies. A lot. (Calls, meetings, coffee — whatever works)
• Set up meetings, pitch, follow up, close
• Build relationships that last longer than one invoice
• Work directly with leadership to win more deals

What we care about

• You can hold a conversation without reading from a script
• You don't wait - you go after opportunities
• You can close, or you're obsessed with learning how
• You don't disappear when things get uncomfortable

We don't care about fancy CVs, corporate titles, or how many synergies you've leveraged.

Experience

We're open to both:

Experienced salespeople  - you've closed deals before, you know the game

Ambitious juniors  - early in your career but hungry, sharp, and not afraid to talk to clients who don't reply the first time. Or the second.

If you need someone to tell you what to do every day, this isn't for you.

Compensation

• Base salary that depends on your level (solid, but not spectacular)
• Very good commission on every deal you close (uncapped)
• Bonuses for hitting and beating targets

No weird schemes. If you sell more, you earn more.
