AI Digital Labs is the innovation team inside AI Digital, an AI-native media consultancy. We build the AI-powered marketing tools our agency clients actually use: audits, neuromarketing analysis, AI search optimization, synthetic focus groups — 20+ products and counting.

We're looking for a person who can't leave a new API unexplored. If you've ever shipped something nobody asked for — just because you saw the gap and couldn't help yourself — keep reading.

What You'll Do:

• Build new AI-powered tools from scaffold to production — frontend, serverless backend, database schema, and deployment.
• Design the integration layer — connect to third-party marketing, analytics, CRM, data, and advertising APIs; handle auth, rate limits, normalization, and graceful degradation.
• Build AI agent orchestration — multi-step LLM pipelines, streaming responses, structured JSON extraction, retry cascades, and prompt versioning.
• Scout and adopt emerging tech — prototype fast, validate, and ship it. We'd rather be first to ship a new capability than last to build our own version.
• Take ideas from instinct to production without a blueprint — much of what you ship will be things no one explicitly asked you to build.
• Own database architecture — schema, access-control policies, stored procedures, real-time subscriptions.
• Build for every surface — web, mobile, embedded widgets, Slack apps, HubSpot modules, and AI assistant marketplaces.

You Are a Great Fit If:

• Have 5+ years shipping full products end-to-end, not just features in someone else's system.
• Have wrangled messy real-world APIs and built abstractions that don't fall over.
• Have played with LLM pipelines — even side projects count — or want to go deep on that fast.
• Are a scavenger by instinct: "does something already solve this?" before "let me build it from scratch".
• Say what you think, act without waiting to be told, and are genuinely okay with ambiguity (not just tolerating it).
