Senior QA Engineer

A leading global SaaS company is looking for a strong, fast-thinking and highly proactive QA Engineer to join one of our product squads. This is not a classic Manual QA role.

The position combines strong QA fundamentals with AI-assisted testing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to automated coverage using existing frameworks and AI-assisted workflows
• Run and analyze automated suites and distinguish Product vs. Environment vs. Automation failures
• Improve squad coverage, reduce regressions and strengthen quality ownership
• Contribute to both manual quality activities and automation growth
• Use AI in daily work for test design, bug/log analysis, SQL generation, automation generation, troubleshooting and productivity improvement

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on QA experience across functional, regression, exploratory and integration testing
• Strong practical AI usage is a must-have - meaningful day-to-day AI experience in QA work
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to understand complex product flows and identify risks quickly
• High ownership, independence, speed of execution and strong collaboration with Developers and Product
• Able to work effectively in a fast-moving squad and contribute beyond manual testing
