Role Description The Serbia Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a contract, remote position focused on building and managing Lingua Learn’s presence in the Serbian market. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing local marketing and sales activities, developing relationships with corporate and individual clients, and coordinating delivery of online language and training services using Lingua Learn’s systems and resources. The partner will manage local operations such as client onboarding, scheduling, and quality assurance, while collaborating with the Global Franchise Support Team on HR, training, academic standards, and administrative processes. This role involves ongoing market research to identify new opportunities, adapting global strategies to local needs, and ensuring consistent brand representation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client outreach, relationship management, and collaboration with the global support team.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market potential, track performance, and identify growth opportunities in Serbia.
• Candidates should possess Writing skills to prepare proposals, marketing content, and clear documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Training experience or the ability to oversee and coordinate staff and teacher training using Lingua Learn’s frameworks.
• Experience in education, language services, or franchise/business development is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to operate independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in English and Serbian; additional languages are an advantage.
• Background in sales, marketing, or operations and familiarity with online platforms and e-commerce tools are preferred.
