Spa Receptionist - The Bristol Belgrade

Job Description: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Spa Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, the Spa Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with booking spa appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about treatments, services, and promotions
• Provide information on available services, packages, and products
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently
• Ensure the spa’s front desk and waiting area are clean, organized, and inviting
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of all spa services, pricing, and current promotions
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage, but not required (experience in hospitality or wellness is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills (experience with booking systems is a plus)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• A passion for wellness and spa services is a plus
