Supply Chain Manager

Our client is a successful international manufacturing company, with stabile business in Serbia. For further strengthening of their procurement and logistics operations, we are looking for an experienced professional to join their team as:

Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for procurement, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory management and ensuring alignment with business objectives and corporate policies.
• Manage all procurement activities in line with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Manage and coordinate the procurement team.
• Responsibilities for negotiations with key suppliers to achieve optimal commercial and operational results.
• Lead tender processes in accordance with established procurement policies and governance standards.
• Monitor and manage CAPEX procurement processes.
• Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and procurement KPIs.
• Responsibilities for warehouse operations, managing and coordinating warehouse teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure efficient inventory management, maintain optimal stock levels to support business continuity and production requirements.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation activities, including domestic and international transport providers.
• Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective control mechanisms and performance monitoring tools.
• Develop action plans to improve operational efficiency, supplier management, and supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with multinational company standards, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Report to General Manager.

Requirements:

• University degree and a proven experience in a senior procurement and logistics leadership role, within an international manufacturing and commercial environment
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of procurement policies, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics processes
• Experience with ERP systems
• Excellent planning, analytical, organizational, negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent English
