Role Description The Truck Driver Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Serbia. The person in this position will source, screen, and interview truck driver candidates, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include managing job postings, reviewing applications, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with operations and management. The Truck Driver Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, manage onboarding documentation, and support new drivers through the hiring and orientation process. This role also involves building relationships with drivers, monitoring recruiting metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to improve hiring strategies and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within transportation or logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with driver candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple vacancies, interviews, and administrative tasks.
• Basic knowledge of transportation industry practices, driver qualification standards, and relevant regulations (or willingness to learn).
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR software, and common office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing).
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to driver populations is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Serbia and collaborate with international teams across different time zones.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or HR support is beneficial.
• High school diploma required; a college degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
