You’ll be joining a well-oiled creative machine where output matters, performance is visible, and great work actually ships.

Role Description

You’ll be editing direct-response performance creatives, not “content.”

What you’ll do:

• Edit long-form VSLs and break them into high-performing cutdowns
• Create 100% AI ads under different formats - from realistic to pixar, from claymation to songs
• Execute strong pacing, hooks, and pattern interrupts

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing long-form VSLs (not just short TikToks)
• Proven experience generating high-quality AI content that makes sense
• Experience with wellness / health / pain relief offers and compliance nuances
• Ability to consistently deliver at least 2 minutes of finished, ad-ready content per workday
• Fast iteration based on feedback and performance signals
• Proficient English is a must - you'll be working with videos in English and joining an English-speaking team
