Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Belgrade. The volunteer will support various teams involved in app and game development, assisting with tasks such as basic research, content preparation, user feedback collection, and simple quality-check activities. Responsibilities may include helping organize project documentation, supporting social media and community engagement efforts, and contributing ideas for improving user experience. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, developers, and marketing staff, attending team meetings, and providing general administrative support as needed. This opportunity is suitable for individuals seeking hands-on experience in the mobile apps and gaming industry in a structured, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Basic digital literacy and familiarity with mobile apps and games, with a strong interest in the gaming and tech industry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian, with the ability to communicate clearly in a team setting.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to follow established workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Motivation to learn new tools and processes; prior exposure to marketing, design, or development is a plus but not required.
• Availability for full-time on-site engagement in Belgrade; relevant studies or background in IT, design, media, or related fields are an advantage.
