About The Role As an AI/Machine Learning Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven features that power our core products. You will work at the intersection of data science and software engineering — translating research and experimentation into reliable, scalable production systems. Collaborating closely with product, data, and engineering teams, you will help shape the direction of AI initiatives and ensure that models deliver measurable, real-world impact.

Management

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain machine learning models and pipelines for production use
• Collaborate with data scientists to transition experimental models into scalable, production-ready systems
• Develop and optimize data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training workflows
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously iterate to improve accuracy and reliability
• Integrate ML models and AI features into existing software architecture via APIs and services
• Monitor deployed models for performance degradation, data drift, and reliability issues
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following engineering best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions
• Document model architecture, training processes, and deployment procedures
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML research and assess their applicability to the product
• Partner with QA and operations teams to ensure AI features meet quality and compliance standards
• Contribute to defining best practices for responsible and ethical AI development within the organization

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning or AI systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML-focused libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar
• Solid understanding of core ML concepts — supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, regularization, and optimization
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and working with large datasets
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment tools and services
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals — version control, testing, CI/CD, and system design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or large language models (LLMs)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools — Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with real-time inference systems or edge deployment
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, bias detection, and model explainability
• Contributions to open-source ML projects or published research
