Back Office clerk - Sales team

Main duties and responsibilities

Enter and maintain customer orders in the system

Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery in coordination with logistics and production teams

Communicate with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) to clarify order-related issues

Support the preparation of invoices, delivery notes, and other relevant documents

Maintain and update customer and product master data

Handle order changes, cancellations, and corrections in a timely and accurate manner

Ensure all data entries meet company standards for quality and accuracy

Provide general administrative and reporting support to the sales and management teams

Requirements A degree in Economics, Business, or a related field

Fluent German and English

Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices

IT literacy and Confidence Excel

Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills

Motivation, accountability, and a willingness to learn
