Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Belgrade. In this position, the specialist plans, executes, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across social media, web, and other online channels to strengthen the company’s brand and support business goals. Daily tasks include creating and publishing content, managing social media profiles, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics data to improve engagement and conversion. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, ensuring consistent messaging, and staying up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices in the insurance sector.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing for planning and executing campaigns

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams, partners, and stakeholders

• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is mandatory.
