Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

We're looking for a highly organized and personable Executive Assistant to the CEO  for a full-time, permanent position.

You are thе ideal candidate for this job if you have :

• Exceptional level of integrity and professionalism

• Prior experience in a similar role (assistant, coordination, project management, customer support, etc.) or any role requiring very strong organization and time-management skills

• Ability to learn processes and procedures quickly and independently

• Outstanding work ethic with availability for frequent overtime

• Strong research and problem-solving skills/resourcefulness in unfamiliar and/or unexpected situations

• Flawless communication in both writing and speaking (proficiency in English is a must)

• Proactivity in ensuring all entrusted tasks run smoothly

• Advanced Excel skills (a big plus)

• Great level of patience and attention to detail while multitasking

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university

Responsibilities includе :

• Maintaining the CEO’s calendar: managing appointments, coordinating with stakeholders, organizing their schedule according to certain requirements

• Outreach to external partners, companies and institutions on behalf of the CEO via phone and email

• Travel and accommodation booking

• Record-keeping and administrative duties in various areas pertaining to the company’s activity

• Researching personal finance topics and any other topics relevant to the CEO’s and/or the company’s activity

• Drafting reports and compiling materials in support of meetings

• Support with bookkeeping and financial statements

• Other communication and administrative duties as assigned by the CEO

Notes

• Expected work schedule is 50 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM ET, 1h break (overtime will often be required).

• All selected candidates will have to pass a series of tests that focus on their English skills, Excel skills and attention to detail.
