Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Football Coach, based in Serbia with the option to complete some responsibilities from home. The Football Coach will plan and lead training sessions, focusing on technical skills, tactical awareness, physical conditioning, and teamwork. The role includes preparing match strategies, analyzing performance, providing constructive feedback, and supporting player development across different age groups or squad levels. The coach will collaborate with other staff to align training objectives with the club’s overall philosophy, manage session logistics, and maintain clear communication with players and management. Remote responsibilities may include match analysis, training plan design, video review, and documentation of player progress.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Football Coaching and general Coaching skills, with experience leading teams or training groups.
• Candidates should possess in-depth Football knowledge, including rules, tactics, formations, and modern training methodologies.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to provide clear instructions, feedback, and motivation to players and staff.
• Candidates should possess Training-focused skills, including planning sessions, progressing drills, and monitoring player fitness and development.
• Relevant coaching licenses or certifications (national or international) are highly desirable.
• Experience working with youth or professional players in a club setting is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and use digital tools for planning and analysis.
• Strong commitment to player welfare, inclusivity, and maintaining a respectful, non-discriminatory team culture.
