iGaming Customer Support Agent

LUI - The Art of Gaming is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our growing team in Belgrade.

Role Description

The iGaming Customer Support Agent is a full-time, hybrid role based in Belgrade, with the flexibility to perform part of the work from home. You will provide professional and efficient customer support across multiple communication channels, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues in a timely manner, and troubleshoot customer problems by providing appropriate solutions.

You will help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Clear, professional, and empathetic communication is essential, as is the ability to remain focused and effective in a fast-paced environment.

We operate on a 12-hour shift schedule, following a 2 days on / 2 days off rotation. As this is a hybrid role, weekday day shifts are worked from our Belgrade office, while all other shifts are worked remotely. Flexibility and willingness to work both day and night shifts are essential for this position.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with previous experience in iGaming as Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required, along with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

The ideal candidate has a customer-focused mindset, a professional and empathetic approach, and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment. Strong computer literacy and confidence using digital tools are essential. Basic knowledge of the iGaming industry is considered a plus.
