About the Role

We’re looking for an Instagram Manager to take ownership of content strategy and Instagram management across multiple accounts.

This role goes beyond publishing posts and following trends. You’ll be responsible for understanding each account, developing tailored content strategies, identifying what works, and continuously finding ways to improve content performance and audience engagement.

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking, understands how Instagram content performs, and can turn trends and insights into actionable content plans. You’ll work closely with our team, providing clear content direction and filming requirements that can be communicated to creators.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and implementing tailored Instagram content strategies for multiple accounts
• Researching trends, analyzing competitors, and identifying opportunities to improve content performance
• Coming up with creative content ideas, concepts, and formats tailored to each account
• Planning content direction and outlining what needs to be filmed to support each account’s strategy
• Writing engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action that align with each account’s style and goals
• Managing the day-to-day content workflow, including preparing and organizing content for publication
• Monitoring account performance, tracking key metrics, and identifying areas for improvement
• Analyzing successful and underperforming content to understand what works and adjust strategies accordingly
• Staying up to date with Instagram features, algorithm changes, emerging formats, and platform best practices
• Collaborating with the team to communicate content strategies, ideas, and filming requirements
• Testing new approaches and continuously optimizing content strategies based on performance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts and developing content strategies
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, content formats, audience engagement, and platform best practices
• Ability to identify trends and adapt them into relevant content ideas for different accounts
• Strong copywriting skills, particularly when writing engaging captions and attention-grabbing hooks
• Analytical mindset and ability to use performance data to make informed decisions
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop fresh content ideas consistently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to content planning
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other team members

What We Offer

• $1,000–$1,500 per month , depending on experience and qualifications
• Fully remote work
• Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CET
