Marketing Specialist – B2B Events & Channel Marketing

At Hikvision, we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support our business across Serbia, Montenegro and Albania.

Our global marketing team develops most of our campaigns and brand materials. Your role will be to bring these campaigns to the local market, promote the Hikvision brand, organise B2B events and strengthen relationships with our distributors, installers and business partners.

What you’ll do

* Plan and organise B2B events – partner meetings, distributor events, product demonstrations, training sessions, exhibitions and trade shows.

* Manage event logistics from start to finish, including venues, suppliers, invitations, promotional materials, budgets and follow-up.

* Work closely with Sales teams, distributors, installers and system integrators to support channel development.

* Promote the Hikvision brand locally through relevant industry media, trade publications, online platforms and partner communication channels.

* Publish and distribute centrally developed marketing campaigns across appropriate local media and communication channels.

* Adapt global marketing materials for local audiences, ensuring consistency with Hikvision brand guidelines.

* Maintain local social media channels and coordinate promotional content using centrally provided materials.

* Create simple promotional materials, presentations and event invitations using Canva or similar tools.

* Support partner communications, email invitations and event-related activities using CRM and marketing tools.

* Coordinate with local media, external agencies, suppliers and business partners.

* Track event participation, campaign reach, feedback and results to improve future activities.

* Support marketing activities across Serbia, Montenegro and Albania, including occasional business travel.

What we’re looking for

Essential experience

* Proven hands-on experience in planning and delivering offline B2B events, from preparation to execution.

* Experience working with distributors, resellers, installers, system integrators or other B2B channel partners.

* Marketing experience in security, surveillance, electronics, IT hardware, networking, building automation or a similar technical B2B industry.

* Experience with local brand promotion, marketing campaign execution and communication through relevant media channels.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate several events or projects simultaneously.

* Confidence working directly with Sales teams, customers and external partners.

* Practical knowledge of Canva or similar design tools, as well as CRM, email marketing or event communication platforms such as HubSpot.

* Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

* Fluent Serbian and good professional English.

* Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

An advantage

* Experience organising events specifically for security installers, distributors or system integrators.

* Existing knowledge of the Serbian security or technical distribution market.

* Experience with HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar marketing platforms.
