Senior SAP Consultant (Architect)

Stefanini Group is looking for a Senior SAP Architect / Consultant to support the SAP Rollout Project from Brazil to Serbia.

The selected professional will be expected to have solid SAP expertise, particularly in SAP Localization requirements, Serbian regulatory compliance, and local business processes, to support the successful implementation of the SAP solution in Serbia.

In addition, the consultant will play a key role as a business and technical liaison, facilitating communication, alignment, and collaboration between Client's business users in Serbia and the SAP project team based in Brazil.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the SAP rollout from Pharmaceutical Client in Brazil to entity in Serbia, providing local SAP expertise throughout the project.
• Advise the project team on Serbian SAP localization requirements, including statutory, tax, accounting, regulatory, and local business-process requirements.
• Gather, clarify, and translate local business and regulatory requirements into SAP functional specifications and practical implementation recommendations.
• Help ensure Serbian localization requirements are understood, addressed, and incorporated into the rollout solution.
• Act as a business and technical liaison between Client’s business users in Serbia and the dedicated, full-time SAP project team based in Brazil; facilitate communication, alignment, and collaboration between them.
• Provide local functional guidance and support to the Brazilian consulting team throughout the rollout.

Required qualifications:

Experience:

• Min. 5 years of SAP functional expertise and a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Min. 2 years of SAP localization for Serbia, including local statutory, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience translating local business and regulatory requirements into SAP functional specifications and implementation recommendations.

Technical skills:

• Strong SAP functional knowledge.
• Medium knowledge of SAP Localization for Serbia and its impact on SAP implementation.

Soft skills:

• Advanced communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to facilitate communication, alignment, and collaboration across business and technical teams in Serbia and Brazil.
• Ability to act as a trusted local expert and effective business liaison.
• Ability to understand local stakeholder needs and explain local business and regulatory requirements to the delivery team.

Desired qualifications:

• SAP Finance (FI) expertise is a significant advantage.
• Additional SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) knowledge is highly valued, especially where these areas affect Serbian localization requirements.

Language proficiency:

• Mandatory proficiency in English (Advanced) and Serbian (Advanced)

Education:

• Minimum level required: high school diploma
• Preferred level of education: Bachelor degree of Computer Science, Information Technology

Work conditions:

• Be available for occasional on-site visits to Client’s office in Belgrade, Serbia.
• Fixed-term engagement/contract
