As our project load grows and the team evolves, we’re looking for a developer who doesn’t just write solid code, but also uses modern AI tools to work faster, smarter, and more effectively.

🛠️ Your Day-to-Day

• AI-Assisted Development: You use modern AI tools across the entire development process: planning, architecture, development, debugging, and deployment.
• Technical Ownership: You know exactly what you’re shipping. You use AI to speed up development, not to replace engineering judgment.
• Core Stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS.
• Databases: SQL-focused backend work (PostgreSQL / Supabase / Convex).
• Projects: Building SaaS platforms, admin systems, dashboards, online stores, and custom business applications.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

• An Actual Developer: Not a “vibe coder,” but someone with real, hands-on experience in the JS/TS ecosystem.
• Experience: Roughly 3–4 years of modern web development experience.
• Autonomy: You can own features end to end and work confidently in a remote environment.
• Communication: You communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Systems Thinking: You don’t just build UIs. You care about how the system works behind the scenes.

➕ Nice to Have

• PostgreSQL / Supabase / Convex experience
• React Native experience
• CI/CD and server-side knowledge
• Payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• Experience with the OpenAI API or building AI-powered features

🤝 What We Offer

• 🌍 100% remote contract & flexible hours

Work from anywhere on a flexible schedule, but be available to the team Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (GMT+1).

• 🧘‍♀️ Performance-based work, ~30-hour work week

We don’t count hours. We care about results. A 30-hour week is equivalent to a 6-hour workday, within a performance-based framework.
