About BC Game
BC Game is one of the world’s leading crypto-first gaming companies, behind a portfolio of platforms built on a simple belief: technology is a transformative force, and the future of online gaming belongs to those bold enough to build it. Since 2017, we have grown into a global community of millions of players, with more than 10,000 games and over 150 cryptocurrencies supported across our platforms.
What sets us apart is how we build. We set the standard for transparency and fairness through open-source code and provably fair games, and we move at pace, shipping constantly across casino, sports, and live entertainment. We are not here to follow the industry. We are here to shape it.
Above all, we are a team of builders, problem-solvers, and original thinkers from all over the world, united by the belief that the best products come from bringing different perspectives together. Now we are growing our team in Belgrade, and we are looking for exceptional people who want to do the defining work of their careers, take real ownership, and help shape a global company from the ground up.
About the role
This is a newly created role at the centre of our Belgrade office, reporting to the Senior People & Workplace Partner, Serbia. It brings together People administration, recruitment support, finance support and office management. You will own every employee record and contract, support hiring from job posting to reference checks, and work alongside our external accountant on payroll and payments. You will also keep the office running and be the main point of contact for our local suppliers and partners.
No two days look the same. One day you might be scheduling interviews, completing reference checks or registering a new employee for social insurance. The next, you are reconciling supplier invoices and ordering laptops for new starters.
This role will suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys variety, and wants real responsibility early in their career. You will work closely with the Senior People and Workplace Partner, Serbia and the Head of People, with clear scope to grow as the Belgrade team expands.
What you will do
People administration
- Prepare, issue and file employment contracts, annexes and related documentation in line with the Serbian Labour Law
- Maintain accurate, compliant and confidential employee records, both physical and in our HR system
- Manage onboarding and offboarding end to end, including registration and deregistration with the Central Registry of Compulsory Social Insurance
- Track annual leave, sick leave and working time, and keep records ready for audit or inspection
- Support employee relations cases under the guidance of the Senior People and Workplace Partner, including preparing documentation, taking meeting notes and maintaining confidential case files
Recruitment support
- Draft and publish job advertisements on LinkedIn and local job boards, including Poslovi Infostud and HelloWorld
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers and time zones, keeping the process moving without delays
- Keep candidates informed at every stage, from application through to outcome
- Conduct reference checks and prepare clear, concise summaries for hiring managers
- Prepare offer documentation and coordinate pre-employment paperwork
- Keep recruitment records accurate and up to date in our applicant tracking system
Payroll and finance support
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, including new starters, leavers, leave, sick leave and salary changes
- Work with our external accountant and payroll provider to make sure employees are paid accurately and on time
- Support the external accountant with payment processing for suppliers and service providers
- Match invoices to orders and deliveries, reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Track office spending against budget and provide clear, regular reporting
Third-party partners and vendors
- Manage communication with external partners and vendors, including accountants, legal advisers, payroll providers and suppliers
- Keep supplier contracts, renewals and service agreements organised and up to date
Office and workplace
- Run day-to-day office administration, making sure the office is organised, well stocked and working properly
- Purchase and manage technology equipment, including laptops, monitors and peripherals, and keep an accurate equipment register
- Order and manage stationery, office supplies, food and drinks within agreed budgets
- Act as the first point of contact for building management, service providers and suppliers
What you bring
- Two to four years’ experience in HR administration, People operations, office management or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Solid working knowledge of the Serbian Labour Law and employer obligations, including social insurance registration and payroll fundamentals
- Hands-on experience supporting payroll, invoice processing or payment administration
- Experience supporting recruitment, including job posting, interview coordination and reference checks
- Fluent Serbian and excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many tasks at once without dropping anything
- A professional and discreet approach to confidential and sensitive information
- Confidence with spreadsheets and office software
- A genuine self-starter mentality, comfortable building and improving processes rather than simply following existing ones
- Full working rights in Serbia
What would set you apart
These are a bonus, not a requirement.
- Experience in tech, iGaming, gaming, casino or fintech
- Experience setting up a new office or supporting a new company establishment
- Experience with an HR system such as Rippling, HiBob or similar
- Additional languages - Mandarin, Polish Russian, German etc.
What we offer
- Competitive salary, reviewed annually
- Private health insurance
- Fitpass membership, with access to gyms, pools and sports facilities across Serbia
- Generous leave, including a birthday day off, wellness days, and extra leave that grows with tenure
- A new Belgrade office, which you will help set up, with premium equipment
- A fully stocked kitchen with snacks, coffee and soft drinks
- Real ownership, building the operational backbone of our Belgrade office from the ground up
- A growing, international team and regular company events
