Product Manager - Enterprise Asset Management

Product Owner / Product Manager | Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) | Energy & Utilities Software | Serbia | Up to €85,000

We’re supporting an international energy technology business in hiring a Product Owner / Product Manager to take ownership of its Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, supporting electrical utilities and transmission and distribution grid operators.

The Role

• Own and develop the EAM product roadmap, strategy and backlog.
• Translate customer requirements into product features, user stories and development priorities.
• Work closely with engineering, UX and commercial teams to drive product delivery.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Support the continued development of software used to manage critical energy infrastructure.

The Background

• Experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within software.
• Exposure to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Asset Performance Management (APM) or related asset-centric software.
• Understanding of asset management processes within utilities, energy or other asset-intensive industries.
• Experience working with Agile development teams and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with electrical utilities or transmission and distribution grid operators would be advantageous.

The Opportunity

• Salary up to €85,000.
• Full-time position based in Serbia, with hybrid working.
