Position Objectives

Coordinate manufacturing engineering projects from planning through implementation and serial production.

Ensure project targets related to quality, cost, timing, productivity, and safety are achieved.

Support industrialization activities, process optimization, and new product launches.

Ensure effective cross-functional cooperation between departments and external stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing engineering processes.

Support company business objectives through efficient project execution and resource management.

Authority&Accessbility

• Coordinate and manage assigned project teams and project-related activities.
• Coordinate and assign project-related activities and responsibilities within the assigned team.
• Escalate project risks, delays, and resource issues to management.
• Participate in investment planning, supplier coordination, and process approval activities.
• Initiate corrective and preventive measures related to project execution.
• Cooperate closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Maintenance, Finance, HR, and Industrial Engineering departments.
• Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, contractors, and external service providers.
• Host meeting of management reviews, project meetings, audits, and customer discussions.

Responsibility & Accountability

• Coordinate manufacturing engineering projects from concept phase through implementation and serial production.
• Ensure achievement of project objectives related to quality, cost, timing, safety, and productivity.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required and coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure effective communication.
• Manage implementation of new production lines, equipment, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
• Support industrialization activities, production readiness, process validation, and ramp-up.
• Monitor project budgets, investments, and resource utilization while driving cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and process stability.
• Coordinate and support cross-functional project team members to achieve project objectives and ensure effective collaboration.
• Prepare project reports, monitor risks, and escalate critical issues to management in a timely manner.

Qualification Competency

• Bachelor's degree (Technical field)
• Work experience in manufacturing engineering and project management within automotive or mass production environment
• English – Level C1
• MS Office (User level); SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing
• Management: Project and process management, change management
• Soft Skills: Stress resistance, decisiveness, discretion, and conflict resolution.
• Technical: Product knowledge, reading technical drawings, and work standardization.
• Operational: Time management, organizational skills, and presentation skills.
