Role Description The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for LED screens, lighting, and sound systems. This role includes managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiations, closing deals, and post-sale follow-up. The Sales Manager will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and quotes, and collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate delivery of solutions. The role also involves monitoring market trends, contributing to sales strategies, and preparing regular performance reports. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ruma, Serbia, with a mix of on-site client visits, office work, and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within electronics, audio-visual, or related technical products.
• Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications (LED screens, lighting, sound systems) and communicate solutions clearly to clients.
• Comfort with planning and managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Serbian is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Competence in using CRM tools and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, email, online meeting platforms).
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with technical, logistics, and marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience may substitute.
• Willingness to travel within Serbia and occasionally to regional markets as needed for client meetings and events.
