We are building a dedicated, growth-oriented team and are looking for a motivated professional who is ready to contribute to our business development efforts.

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and results-driven Sales Representative to support our sales efforts through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and relationship building with prospective clients.

This position is well suited for someone who communicates confidently and takes initiative.

Previous experience in trucking or commercial insurance is an advantage, but it is not a requirement. We are equally interested in candidates with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the U.S. trucking industry.

• Introduce the agency's services and identify potential business opportunities.

• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent, professional communication with prospects.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Work toward established performance targets and contribute to the agency's growth.

• Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and sales processes.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, confident, and persuasive telephone manner.

• High level of motivation, dedication, reliability, and personal accountability.

• Willingness to make outbound calls consistently and engage with prospective clients.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
