We are looking for a highly connected Political Advisor who can help us and our clients navigate the new political landscape with accuracy and depth.The Role

As Political Advisor (Serbia), you will serve as our primary local expert on the current political environment, with a particular focus on the newly elected Student List (Studentska lista – Studenti pobeđuju) and the broader student-led movement that has reshaped the country’s political map.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely, high-quality political analysis and stakeholder mapping of the new parliamentary majority and government formation process

Leverage your established relationships within the Student List ecosystem (candidates, organisers, academic and civil society networks) to facilitate informed dialogue and insight gathering

Support client projects with context-rich research on policy directions, institutional changes and decision-making dynamics

Collaborate with our analytics and research teams to translate political developments into structured insights and decision-support materials

Identify emerging opportunities and risks for organisations operating in or entering the Serbian market

What We’re Looking ForDeep, demonstrable personal and professional networks within the Student List / student movement structures and related professional circles

Strong understanding of Serbia’s current political institutions, policy processes and key actors

Proven experience in political advisory, government relations, public affairs or related fields

Ability to operate with discretion, integrity and analytical rigour

Excellent communication skills in Serbian and English

Comfort working at the intersection of politics, research and data-driven decision support
