Support Engineer L1/L2 (On-Site)

We are looking for a Support Engineer L1/L2 to support the Belgrade office and maintain reliable day-to-day IT infrastructure for local employees and equipment.

Requirements:

• 2+ or more years of experience in a System Administrator or similar IT support role;
• Knowledge of local and global network fundamentals;
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work on-site in the Belgrade office.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT infrastructure support;
• Maintain and manage technical equipment;
• Assist end users with technical issues and inquiries;
• Support local and global network operations;
• Troubleshoot connectivity and core network-service issues.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with office hardware lifecycle management;
• Experience supporting a distributed corporate IT environment.

Working Conditions:

• On-site at the office (Belgrade, Osmana Dikica);
• Target start date: TBD.
