🚀 Fullstack JavaScript Lead — Node.js & React

We’re looking for a hands-on Fullstack JavaScript Lead to join Xogito and work with one of our US-based clients in the building & construction services industry.

This is a technical leadership role , not a people-management-only position. You’ll be expected to write production code, make architecture decisions, review solutions, and provide technical direction to other engineers .

What we need

Must-have:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior Engineer with significant technical ownership
• Strong hands-on Node.js + JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong hands-on React
• Experience designing REST APIs / backend services
• Strong knowledge of software architecture & design patterns
• Solid SQL Server or PostgreSQL experience, including schema design and migrations
• Experience with background jobs & queues — scheduling, retries, failure handling, concurrency
• Automated testing, code reviews & production troubleshooting
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar
• Professional English

• SaaS or business-critical applications
• Internal platforms, SDKs, or frameworks
• Module Federation / Vite
• ERP integrations or migrations
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Docker, CI/CD & distributed architectures
• Monitoring and application performance tooling

What you’ll actually do

You’ll stay hands-on in the code while helping shape the technical direction of the product.

• Complex production issues
• Technical collaboration with Product, QA, DevOps & business stakeholders

🧩 The profile we’re looking for

This role is best suited for someone who has already owned technical decisions in production systems and is comfortable balancing coding with technical leadership.

If your experience is primarily frontend, you haven’t worked extensively with Node.js in production , or you’re looking to move into your first Lead-level role , this position is unlikely to be the right match.
