💼 Job Responsibilitie**

• s:Provide Level 1 desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issu
• esTroubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and standard business applicatio
• nsInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devic
• esSupport printers, scanners, and other end-user equipme
• ntHandle password resets and basic Active Directory tas
• ksConfigure email accounts and assist with VPN connectivi
• tyLog, track, and update incidents in the ticketing syst
• emEscalate complex technical issues to Level 2/Level 3 tea
• msEnsure timely resolution in line with SLA requiremen

🛠️ Required Skills & Experien**

• ce:1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Supp
• ortStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environm
• entBasic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DH
• CP)Experience with Active Directory and user account managem
• entGood troubleshooting and problem-solving ski
• llsStrong communication and customer service ski
• llsAbility to work independently in an on-site environm
