Lead Go Developer

We are looking for a Lead Go Developer to join an international technology project in the

financial and insurance services industry.

The project focuses on building a high-performance distributed backend platform that

supports complex business processes and rapid product growth. The role combines hands-on

Go development, system design and technical leadership.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable distributed systems in Go.
• Make technical decisions around performance, concurrency and architecture.
• Lead code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
• Work with Product Managers to turn business goals into technical plans.
• Identify technical risks and edge cases before development.
• Communicate technical solutions with business and external stakeholders.
• Improve CI/CD and engineering processes.
• Stay hands-on with development and technical problem solving.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of professional Go development.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on Go and concurrency experience.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices and system design.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Experience in FinTech, banking, insurance or complex enterprise environments.
• Practical experience implementing or integrating AI solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Computer Science or related higher education.
• English C1+.
